If you search on that phrase (I've done so but it's on my laptop which I don't have) you'll find that the majority of the references are combined with a WISH for death, but sometimes he just opines there's a RISK of death from that. It's funny I can't think of the phrase but it was all over the MSM to some extent not all that long ago, and pretty graphic
