Rachel Maddow Alert: She is on with Dave Letterman tonight.

I heard Keith say it on the way out, and checked it on the Letterman website.
I for one love seeing Rachel out of her "Rachel Maddow show" clothes, with her glasses, her normal clothes, her 6 foot frame and her wonderful ability to poke fun at everything including herself without the constraints of her show.

5. Don't quote me, but she is a tall woman. A true Amazon.

She does not really "look like" what they fix her up to be on her show.
She used to joke on Air America Radio that she rushed over to the TV show,when she was still filling in for Olberman every now and then, and pulled the required jacket off the hook, got made up, and wore her quote "lesbian sneakers under the table".

Rachel is a national treasure.
