You think George can remember every last little thing that happened eight years ago? Right on the spur of the moment like that? He'd have to be some kind of super brainiac or something to know that the September 11 attacks happened on domestic soil while George W. Bush was president. I mean, that's the kind of thing you'd need a super-fast internet connection and hours on Google to suss out, and even then the results would be ambiguous. And you want him to call it up while he's on live teevee conducting an interview with the great Rudy Giuliani? As Luke Skywalker would say, "You want the impossible."
