Is any story so dreadful that CNN newsreaders won't laugh about it?

The idiot who was on about an hour ago chuckled merrily as she introduced a story about the increasing rate of drug-related murders in Mexico.

Her performance is sickening but not unusual; the chattering dolts on that network routinely laugh while reading tales of carnage and horror. What's wrong with these sick assholes?

and therefore it's not serious and it's OK to laugh.

5. That's why the only news channels I watch are EuroNews, France24 and Al Jazzera.

I have no used for the "News Models" on the USA Cable Networks.

Unfortunately, I can only get them online, and my overall situation isn't conducive to online tv-watching.

You're right, though; those networks feature news rather than mindless, pretty faces babbling between commercials.

Cable news is just awful. However, I don't watch news on TV anymore and I just feel so much better.

In this day and age, it's not neccessery to watch TV in order to get news.
