How long do you think it's going to take for faux to have to fire Palin for her saying something
that really crosses the line?

My guess - 6 months.

Yes...she will be an extravaganza of fuck ups.

8. Only if the rating go down. So never.
They've hit the jackpot with her. She's that proverbial train wreck no can stop watching. She's the person's who's headlights are freezing that deer which would be the audience. She's an accident waiting to happen any second. She's the cliffhanger at the end of the show. She's the boogey man waiting under the bed. You can't ignore her.

9. After all the insane thinks Oriley & Hannity have said over the years,
WHAT couuls Palin possibly say to get her fired? I guess if she called Murdock an AH & an idiot, that might do it, but I don't see her doing that.

worried. Apparently, she approves of a legal path to immigration for illegal immigrants. There has been major blowback on fundie boards about her support for this during the McCain campaign. Some try to excuse her for this by saying she was "forced" to follow the McCain party line. Others are not going for that - they say she has mentioned her approval of this on other occasions, and quite a few were coming out and saying that unless Sarah makes her position clear that she opposes a path for immigration, they won't support her or listen to her any further. They are suspicious enough that they aren't giving her any kind of pass on this - they want it clearly stated or she is finished in their books.

There are a couple other issues on which they suspect Palin doesn't support their crazy party line, but I can't recall what they were right now. I was just surprised to see the mumbling and outright dissing by them of their beloved "our Sarah". I hadn't thought she could do anything wrong in their eyes - but if her appearances on Faux bring out these positions, not only won't she be their candidate for any future high office, she also won't have a large devoted audience following her like Faux is hoping.

10. She'll behave, I'm sure.
This is Sarah's dream job. A hairstylist, a wardrobe, and a forum where she can preach to an audience while someone else tells her what to say!

But then again, Faux's standards are lower than the voting public.

Glenn Beck is still on the air. She's probably there specifically to say things that would get her fired anywhere else.

23. It's a match made in heaven: Palin and FAUX both crave attention of any kind...
Of course Palin prefers blind adulation, which she will get from her fan base--that and lots of money, which she will get from FOX. The network, however, just seems to live for catapulting the propaganda--and Rupert already has lots of money so he can do whatever he wants.

32. OBVIOUSLY Fox never fires anybody for saying somethingthat crosses the line
Palin has a job there as long as she wants it. Which probably won't be long, since not even God herself could satisfy that woman and she seems to just quit if she doesn't get every whim catered to.

Something over the line in the way of slander so that she and Faux Noise AND Murdock can all be sued for asset they own. That would be so sweet.
