10. It's on the State dept. website in a blurb, but NOT on Red Cross's site

You'd think that would be the first message to pop up when visiting their site. Could someone over at the State Dept have been hoaxed? A search of 90999 turns up all sorts of "causes" most of them having nothing to do with helping people. So be careful (I was going to tell everyone to text the number but I've changed my mind until the Red Cross at least acknowledges this as true).
