Using the Scott Roeder defense, it's okay to target climate change deniers
The "Scott Roeder" defense says that killing Dr. George Tiller was "justified" in order to protect the unborn. That is, killing one person to save others is okay. I just wonder if that would mean that it's okay to go after Big Oil execs, pseudo-scientists, and other leading climate change deniers. After all, their delaying tactics could very well lead to the deaths of millions - if not billions - of people. Therefore, is it not justifiable to go after these people for the "greater good"?

Considering that the judge possibly has been involved in allowing drunk drivers or rapists to be set free and they end up killing someone...
