CNBC playing in the background

Wasn't really paying that much attention to it, but a couple of things I heard caught my attention

1) Kramer told a caller to buy health care stock "because health care is going to fail" (truth is they know that they have succeeding in killing it already, even if this joke of a bill passes)

2) Kudlow said he heard that Congress was going to extend the Bush tax cuts for a couple of years

How many more ways can they betray us?

1. First of all, the easiest way to lose a bundle is take Cramer's advice

IMO, health care stocks have peaked and will likely drop like a rock when the final bill is published and insurance companies realize it's not a total giveaway to their coffers.

Second, I can't imagine Congress voting to extend the ruinous tax cuts on the super rich because the government needs that revenue so desperately. He might have been talking about some of the child credits and other crumbs the middle class got, but he can't possibly mean the giveaway to plutocrats. Congress is bought, but they're not completely crazy.
