2. It seems to me like people have been trying to help in any way they can all day.

They may not need those links as they may have already donated or know which charity they will use if they do.

As for what is says that the silent thread got more...it says to me that a lot of people are broke but still send their hearts out to the victims. :shrug:

I have read about their dedicated work around the world and thought this was a good choice. There are many organizations just as important. Doesn't really matter to whom you give but it matters that you give.
