It is telling on how bad the security situation is...

But really people, these four stuck in the airport is just damn fucking funny and telling.

No, not blasting NBC... they do have real security concerns... just that it is damn funny.

But it is funny for one simple reason. I don't think Brian or the rest realize just how telling of the REAL situation this is.

No I am not ragging on them. They are trying to do a job that is very difficult. The circumstances reveal just how difficult.

13. I don't know about the 3 from the Today show but Kerry Sanders

had been out in the field all day. He's the one who had spent the most time in Haiti throughout his career and was able to tell how bad the devastation is. I personally know Kerry and he has spent a considerable amount of his life in this part of the world.

15. As I said in the OP I am not being critical I actually get it, why

they are at the airport, but as hubby pointed out. He (retired Navy) and me (worked a few disasters in the front lines myself) understand that this speaks volumes of the actual situation in the field. (And the Mexican press was reporting a few riots by the way). Most people don't know that, and they see reporters sort of doing their job.

They will be back in the field tomorrow, with daylight.

Oh and CNN personnel are doing the same thing, talking to each other at the airport.
