A little catharsis
I have ZERO RESPECT for anyone who listens to/likes Rush or his numerous ass-rimming clones. He thrives by re-confirming the prejudices of conservative idiots (sorry for the redundancy), stoking their fears, validating their not-so-latent racism, and basically just making the shitty people who frost their cookies every day slavishly listening to him feel GOOD about being SHITTY PEOPLE. Shitstains like him are nothing new - Father Coughlin worked up thousands of radio listeners in the 20's and 30's with similar fascist spew. Orwell wrote in "1984" of the 'Two Minutes Hate' broadcasts. Goebbels knew of the effectiveness of The Big Lie. If you listen to and enjoy Rush, Beck, Hannity, or any of the rancid bobbleheads on Fox Noise or Vomit Radio, then fuck yourself sideways with a rusty hammer. Oh, and all of you 'tea party' pricks - you deserve whatever fate befalls you for buying into an ideology which makes you repeatedly vote against your own interests (if you even vote), because you were convinced by these hucksters that everything bad that has happened to you is the fault of the people with the LEAST POWER to do anything about ANYTHING.

:smoke: Ahhhh...

There it is, ZW!

Surprisingly, the US media does not seem to know that the International Red Cross/Red Crescent is located outside of US borders. Imagine that!

ETA: The "Red Crescent" part is probably confounding, triggering duck-and-cover exercises in lieu of good journalism.

6. If I eat a crescent roll for breakfast
Does that count as good journalism? I can see the bakery from my porch!

7. I can see Italy, France and Switzerland from here!
I think we'll have spaghetti, croissants and fondue for dinner, followed (of course) by my best imitation of Zomby coffee (Nespresso machine willing).

I report, you decide!

8. I am fond of fondue!
Sacre bleu! As they say in one of those 3 countries you named. You know, I do appreciate you and CMW's efforts at expanding my product area into otherwise neutral Swiss territory. I keep my beans in a safe deposit box in Zurich. :P
