2. TARP only accounts for 2% of all taxpayer money going to big banks...
Is it too soon to finally say The Big Wall Street Banks 'own' the government? and taxpayers are really just serfs to them?

4. She says "The Treasury talks only about the TARP and TARP only..."
.... she also says that the message from the CEOs of the Big Banks yesterday was 'we don't plan to change'(the same conduct that caused the financial crisis).

And they know that they are too big to fail... and the government will back them up if there are losses.

5. She says it distorts the entire Economy and affects everything we buy or don't make..."
These superpowerful Big Banks don't have to compete for capital like the smaller banks, and community banks, because they have the huge backing of the government and taxpayer money going to them.
