National Response Framework Resources-online training (free -learn what Govt will do in an emegency
Ever wonder what would happen in a national emergency (say, a nuke goes off)? Here is free training from the government on what they would do (the role of usda/forest service/military/etc and so on).

4. I hate to say this, but if the nuke event is a NUKE
it will not be just one... and boy I hate to think about that

Now if it is a radiological incident, disaster speak to anything from a plant to oh bad handling of X-Ray machine cores... definitely.
