and realize that, as popular as Hillary Clinton is with Dems, she is pretty well UNELECTABLE in my estimation. She voted for war, she is much too cosy with AIPAC and way too fond of Big Pharma/Big Oil's money...and she is also way too unpopular in Red States.

I think that Gore really has a chance in 2008, barring unfriendly judicial decisions...

Just my opinion, of course.

jump in...which if he does would be a taunting task considering the Corporate media reporting only on who they want to and how they want to.

Voting for Hillary or Edwards is the same to me; we would be once again voting for those who are part of the establishment (even if Edwards has attempted to take himself out of that group, all indications is that he is in it up to his chin).

My heart of hearts wants him to run. He will win. He'll beat them all, Democrats and Republans. It'll be a landslide. Everybody who voted for him the first time, will vote for him again. Everybody who voted for Ralph Nader will vote for him out of guilt. The people who voted for Bush in 2000, but didn't vote for Bush in 2004 will vote for Gore because they realize he's a pretty good guy afterall. That's without having to do any real campaigning. He would win. Easily.

My gut says there's no way he's gonna run. After what this country and it's corporate fucking media put that guy through? It's amazing he still lives here!That his wife would not want him to go through that again is the only rational position for her to take, and I respect her for it, even if she would make a lovely First Lady. He would be crazy to run even though he would win and he would be a good president.

I think he will announce from the stage while accepting his Academy Award.

33. No. I think he'd elevate the debate very considerably but he just

doesn't seem to have the white-knuckled look in his face he had just a short while back.

But if he were to jump in -- and he's viable the instant he does -- I think he should put in a phone call to Howard Dean and ask him to be his veep should he get the nomination.

I think a Gore-Dean ticket would be more than enough to wipe the Republican ticket off the map.
