Pat Robertson's god must be a very small and insignificant god
Pat Robertson's god sees catastrophes and disasters.
Pat Robertson's god says "Meh, not my problem."

Pat Robertson's god sees children dying from lack of clean water and malnutrition.
Pat Robertson's god says "Meh, not my problem."

Pat Robertson's god sees wars being waged in his name, terrorist attacks that invoke his name, and totalitarian dictators that say that he was given the Pat Robertson's god's seal of approval to crush all opposition to him.
Pat Robertson's god says "Meh, not my problem."

Pat Robertson's god sees abortion and gays getting equal rights.
Pat Robertson's god says "That makes me so mad! I might just want to go out and smite someone because of this!"

The tooth fairy or Santa Claus are more worthy of worship than Pat Robertson's god.

1. And according to Pat, God couldn't even defeat Satan in Haiti

A whole country taken over by Satan. That's got to be a smudge on God's record.

11. Fundies are an odd lot....
Their god is "an awesome God" or so that keep singing over and over.

Yet their God needs the constant assistance of a pack of lower middle-class rednecks (Pat Robertson) or a pack of upper middle-class rednecks (Rick Warren).

If their God is so bloody powerful, why is he always in mortal danger FROM the powers of darkness?

2. God and Pat Robertson have never met
Ole Pat wouldn't know God if he bumped into Him in the road.

5. Just another religious liar
He does what he does for money, nothing else. Anyone who goes on TV and says god will curse them if they don't send money is below human. They are predators that deserve to go to hell forever.

12. Amen!
The Rick Warren thing really did it for me. The guy says he needs $900,000. Really? You're a friggin' millionaire several times over, you douche. If you love God so much, write him a check from your own funds!

7. Anyone more glib than I please reply
Edited on Fri Jan-15-10 08:32 AM by Kindigger
It appears that my posting two nights ago on Robertson's facebook page has gained me a Reich-wing stalker. From my facebook wall:

Roger Ellis Kuiper
If you are open to spiritual things, you must consider Pat Robertson's words. The pact he referred to was apparently in 1804 (that's what they are saying on the radio), when the Haitians were very much into voodoo. I am very sympathetic and praying for the Haitians of today, but when you look at the history of Haiti and see tragedy after tragedy, ... See Moreyou can't deny that they are either under judgment by God, or God is allowing Satan to attack them time and time again. You wanna blame it on natural forces? then you deny spiritual forces. I have a heart and I'm praying for the Haitians. That has nothing to do with the possibility that they may have made a serious spiritual mistake and are paying for it. I'm not saying they did make a Pact with Satan, I'm saying they may have. I suppose the corruption in the US government, you would say God won't judge America for. You're sadly mistaken. The USA is already under judgment economically. Obama was our reward for denying God in our schools, court houses, and public places by getting rid of manger scenes and the ten commandments. prove I'm wrong!

Many will say it's not worth the breath or keystrokes to reply to these idiots, but I'd really like to, since I get milder versions of the same dreck posted by members of my own family.

Could someone give me something short, sweet and brilliant?

8. Pat Robertson is a hollow small person
Edited on Fri Jan-15-10 08:32 AM by cleveramerican
I figured everybody already knew as much.

Pat Robertson's god is himself and perhaps his reflection.
He is unworthy of any serious persons time.

As far as a glib response I would simply quote "Whatsoever you do, to the LEAST of my brothers, that you do unto me"
