is not progressive, nor is it desirable, for the present or the future.

2. The Reagan Revolution didn't preserve status quo
but I would hardly call the changes made progressive

3. So why is there such a push to preserve his policies?
We need some movement forward in healthcare. Period. And not doing anything is not the answer.
