NBC executive muckety muck Dick Ebersol calls Conan O'Brien 'chicken hearted' and 'gutless' for going after Leno on his show.

Uh...define those words for me, would you DICK?

Cuz my definition and yours just don't jibe I'm afraid. Conan's attacks on Leno have been right out in the open, on the public airwaves. Leno, on the other hand, snidely and subtly and secretly conducts espionage in order to screw over and stab others in the back (just ask Letterman...or ask the Writer's Guild of America during the writer's strike of '07-'08).

"Chicken hearted"? "Gutless"?

Yes!

Jay Leno IS both of those things.:smoke:

2. I think Ebersol is smarting for himself and NOT Leno ....

Earlier this week, Conan mentioned that NBC had announced they would lose $200 million broadcasting the Winter Olympics in February. Conan asked in his monologue ... "Am I the only one who finds that hilarious?" Well, guess who's the NBC Exec in charge of the Olympics? Mr. Ebersol himself.

People I know who never liked Conan in the first place and sympathetic now, and Jay Leno and NBC may actually kill off the Tonight Show with the crap they're pulling. If I had a dollar for everyone I've heard say ... "I'll never watch the Tonight Show with Jay Leno ..."

Conan, Letterman, and Kimmell have all seriously busted Jay this week (or as Letterman calls him, "Big Jaw" Leno).

7. I forgot about Leno going behind the writers back during the strike.

Letterman was the only WGA approved show to have writers during the strike but Leno did it anyway.
