Rudy Giuliani joins Scott Brown, slams Martha Coakley on terrorism
My question is this: What makes the man who was Mayor of NYC at the time of the worst terrorist attack on American soil an expert on terrorism?????

1. He made a LOT of money from it. I guess that makes
him an expert, in his mind.

3. rudy is one of those precious manly conservatives
rugged individualists like cheney and limbaugh and hannity and beck and all the republicans in congress who proudly served in the military and know everything anyone needs to know about fighting terrorism.

5. That's the joke of all this
Rudy was never a conservative. As mayor he was pro choice (right down to late term and even said he'd drive his daughter to the clinic), pro gays (marched in gay pride parade every year), in favor of serious gun control, pro immigrant. It wasn't until he and his wife decided he should be in the oval office that he forgot where he came from and decided to throw in with the neanderthals on the right.

7. He was the mayor, who against advice, but NYC's command and control in the WTC
which complicated the response. He also ignored that the police radio and the fire department radio were incompatible. This meant that on 911, the firemen did not hear the police order to leave the second tower.

9. He knows that people are scared as hell of him for just being there AND
he has to make them think he is for them and not against them. Answer this, would you feel safe knowing HE was your protection....I thought so.

11. The CORPMEDIA made him into an expert, just as it did all of BushInc and dumbasses like Peter King
Edited on Fri Jan-15-10 05:12 PM by blm
and Joe Lieberman.

Before 9-11 there were only a handful of DC lawmakers who knew enough about terrorism and anti-terrorism to be called 'experts' but corpmedia had no intention of hearing them out or elevating their thoughts in any way, shape, or form.

And no one knew more about the tracking of global terror networks and the tracking of their funding than John Kerry. But then, indepth interviewing of Kerry on terrorism back then would have begged the question, "Why were BCCI matters deepsixed throughout the 90s?" and none of the powerful elite of BOTH parties wanted that question posed let alone debated.
