My wife just said it's a nervous thing.

Nervous because he never should have been president and never knew what he was doing.

3. Chimpy never really hid the fact that he got off on watching people suffer
it was (is) one of his most favorite past-times, next to clearing brush and torture.

5. Yup
First time I realized it was when he was Texas governor. Later, when I found out he liked to torture animals as a kid, I was not surprised.

21. It jumped out at me during his post 911 speech. He could hardly contain his jubilation.
What astonished me was how the majority of the populous didn't recognize this symptom of psychopathy.

Long ago I recognized the same twisted personality disorder in Nixon during one of his early addresses to the nation. Watch taped speeches of Presidents Obama, Clinton, Carter, Kennedy, or even (I hate to say it) Reagan, and you will see that if they stumble over a sentence, they correct themselves and continue on without a loss of composure. Nixon would turn red and angry, trying to hide his blunder from the audience. His insecurity literally oozed from him. Not a paragon of mental health.

9. Didn't see the clip, but
my guess as to what's inside some people's heads:

"OMG, this is a complete humanitarian disaster, I've never seen anything on this scale before, we need to get as much aid as we can, and it will still never be enough."

and what's inside dubya's head:

"look at me, I'm on tv, I bet people view me as a hero, does this outfit make me look rugged and strong?"

talking about what they're going to do for Haiti. The no good son of a bitch smirked through the entire thing.

Just the sight of that SOB sets me off.

For many years, just the sight of Richard Nixon did the same thing to me.

24. nervous because he has no empathy and cannot respond appropriately to any human condition
He is an emotionally arrested sociopath. I hope Clinton keeps him on a very short leash. If the shrub pulls his 'heck of a job, Brownie' routine with any Haitian officials, he might get gutted on the spot.

Which oddly enough was shared by Faceshooter Dick. He can't help it, it's just how his smug, smirking little Fauntleroy-getting-away-with-something face goes.

36. I knew Obama recruiting Dubya to help Haiti was a bad thing.
I don't care what anyone says. This monster is a war criminal who smirks at the worst possible times.. remember 9/11.. and Katrina("don't bother me, I'm on vacation!). I thought 1.20.09 would bring and end to seeing his smirking, ugly, mug on TV but apparently not.. Please Obama do the world a favor and don't ask this asshole to help out with ANYTHING ever again.. let him stay drunk off his ass in Crawford for the rest of his miserable life!
