NOTICE OF COMMITTEE EXECUTIVE BUSINESS MEETING

An Executive Business Meeting has been scheduled by the Committee on the Judiciary for Thursday, January 21, 2010 at 10:00 a.m., in the Dirksen Senate Office Building, Room 226.

I. Nominations

O. Rogeriee Thompson, to be United States Circuit Judge for the First Circuit
James A. Wynn, Jr., to be United States Circuit Judge for the Fourth Circuit
Albert Diaz, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Fourth Circuit
