flew in a complete relief system. Hospital, supplies, logistics, SECURITY. They were ready to deploy when they hit the tarmac.

In mexico city they did not bring security, but the army had full control, so they didn't have to.

the israelis have set up a fully equipped hospital capable of performing surgery....doctors, nurses, paramedics, medicine..everything. as far as the weapons, i'm sure it's purely for security and to prevent looting or stealing.
