Brown supporters trying to suppress vote by bullying- WOW- a must read!!
This woman is a moderate Republican and she can see just how bad Brown really is. Please read the entire opinion piece- it is great.

Brown backers say they are voting for change. Instead, they are supporting a slick, packaged politician who is happy to manipulate them. There’s nothing new about that.

Messages posted on Coakley’s campaign Facebook include these vicious sentiments: “Scott Brown should rape Martha Coakley and then deny her emergency contraception’’. “Martha Coakley getting raped would complete my life.’’ “Abortion is wrong. Kill her.’’ After one message that states “Looking forward to the rally Friday, Martha,’’ a woman named Amelia Bosley writes:“Hope she gets shot.’’ Imagine putting your name to that in the name of political change.

According to Coakley campaign spokeswoman Alex Zaroulis, some Brown supporters surrounded Coakley’s car on Saturday in Gloucester and yelled “You suck.’’

On Monday, a Brown supporter in Pittsfield lay down on the road in front of Coakley’s car, Zaroulis said.

5. They bully because it works, and the more people complain about bullies...
the more the bullies' blood rises. They know when they have cowed their opponents, and they won't let up because they know the bullied won't fight back (at this point, politics is secondary: they are rather enjoying it).

Who is the second most-loathed person in the schoolyard? The bully.

6. We can not allow these angry, ugly people to take control of the message for this country.
They consider themselves patriots against the system. But, that is just hockey nonsense, where were they when Bush was in office? We never heard them complain about the debt then or the way he was leading us down a path of bad economic times. If they win in Massachusetts they will be emboldened to continue these tactics and push their agenda. They will invade every state where there is a race of importance and spread their meanness and ugliness around. The uniformed buy into this.

Personally, I believe many harbor real hatred for Obama because of his race, and many others are manipulated by the hate messages of Limbaugh and other ignorant talk radio hosts against anyone who does not believe as they believe. For me, they represent the greed and lack of caring for other people that has invaded our society.
