Brown Must Not Be Seated Before Ballot Tampering Investigated (In Event He Wins).

So far 5 ballots in three districts were found pre-marked for Brown.

I don't care if he wins.

He can not be seated until the ballot tampering is accounted for.

While working out today I was listening to news, CNN had Republicans on saying how Brown must be seated immediately. Now we know why.

6. Sec. of State-Ma, Bill Galvin was on today and said if it breaks

in favor of either candidate with a mandate that can't be overcome, he will do what he has done in previous special elections for house seats and decide the race and have it non-certified (such as Niki Tsongas). The House of Reps. has accepted this in the past and sworn in the winners to office. Bill Galvin says it will be up to the Senate to decide how they want to procede. It could be different than the House. If it is too close to call then it will be on hold for the candidates and certification.
