2. They're not going to hear "progressives" in this.. they're going to hear "independents"

Because that's what the polls in Massachusetts tell them where it was lost.

And they're going to track to the right...

Welcome to 1994. Progressives didn't learn the lesson then, and they didn't tonight.

When a Democrat loses, he moves FURTHER TO THE RIGHT... not to the left.

10. Oh no.
Not again. Wake-up calls are there for a reason. Veering to the right would be like taking another sleeping pill.

And then return to you car, sit behind the wheel, step on it, and drive into the dark night.

3. The problem is there are 2 wake up calls being claimed. Far left progressives claim its because
Obama let the base down. Most others claim it is the unpopularity of HCR.
So does he move left or scrap the HC reform and start over?

8. The entire HCR bills as written let the progressive base down
Work towards securing the base (including scrapping this round of HCR), the rest follows.

11. That
when you are not engaged with keeping a majority, as we have be screaming, you're going to lose.

When you don't fight back, you get a bloody nose.

When you cowtow to the right that step on your head.

Grow a pair or get out of the way.
