Tonight is a fork in the road.
Will Obama go to the left or to the right? It's obvious he can't go down the center anymore.

I hope he is paying attention.

4. You're misreading the voters
But sadly I expect Obama to make the same mistake as it reinforces his desire to be another Bill Clinton mixed with Ronald Reagan.

5. I disagree.
If liberals were given the time of day (and some results) this most likely would NOT have happened.

3. If he runs any further right he'll make McConnell look like a progressive
Obama better turn back to who elected him -- the liberals and progressives. Otherwise the Congress is gone 2010 and Obama will be a one termer losing in 2012.

11. 2/3 of America think he WAS going too far left, based on polls

So he will now track to the center.

What people on DU don't understand is... what Obama's been doing for 12 months is considered "left" by most of America.

15. Why vote for the pseudo-conservative phony if you can vote for the genuine article?
That's the message of this damn election. If the choice is real conservative or fake conservative, most people will vote for what seems honest. People are getting sick of Democrats because they're acting like Republicans who just lie about their class affiliation.

Of course, the answer is to MOVE TO THE LEFT. But, of course, you can't move to the left without a loss of corporate campaign funding.

WTF is wrong with everyone. Obama made his choices and he decided to go with the DLC and lean way right!!! Stabbing the left or as he would say the far left wing!!!
