Losing his senate seat to Norm Coleman in 2002 was similarly painful, and I, for one, don't blame the people of MA at all; we went through something like this in MN, and it sucked. The good thing was that we finally got that seat back, though it wasn't easy. And in 2012 you will dump Brown. Hang in there.

I'm reminded of those stories of the ancient Greek voters who threw out their leaders because they were tired of them, even if those leaders were working for their interests. Here's hoping that a lot of Brown voters develop severe cases of buyers' remorse and that their symptoms are in full flare by November, 2012.

I felt horrible after prop 8 passed - what the hell was wrong here? But I knew that a large percntage of us voted and worked against it.

No one here blames you or those who voted for her. I still think that Massachusetts is a blue state at heart.
