Democratic Party - Today your Constituents sent you a Message !

Nice going Democratic Party - you managed to lose a Senate seat held for nearly half a god damned century to a Republican - AND you managed to do it after the tragic death of one of the States most beloved and respected politicians who held the seat just half a year ago.

Want to know what went wrong. Scratching your heads over this one are you?
Let me help you out Democratic Party...Allow me to clue your entitled backsides in on what happened here ....

You put forth a candidate who felt so entitled to the position that she made less than a quarter of campaign appearances that her Republican opponent made.

You put forth a candidate who felt so confident that the seat was hers that her campaign actually misspelled Massachusetts on one of their television ads.

You put forth a candidate who felt so above the common people that she actually got the name of the local baseball team wrong during her campaign.

But you did SO much more than that...
After the death of the Senator who held this seat , the senator who by far was the soul and the voice of Health Care reform ... you raped the bill of all that it was worth and instead catered to Aetna and Blue Cross.

So confidant were you that we'd all tow the Party line for you - no matter what you did - you gave trillions to the financial industry who all awarded themselves billions in bonuses (with more to come!) while a year later unemployment runs from 10 to 17 percent Nationwide.

Clap ... Clap ... Clap.
Well Done.

You lost one of the longest continually held Senate Democratic seats in U.S. history - 47 years - gone poof!

And you know what - this is just a taste of things to come on '10 AND '12 if you don't stop catering to Big Business and get down to the Business of the People.

Democratic Party - Today your constituents sent you a message.

Are you listening ??

3. So your contention is that the DLC made her run a lousy campaign?
That's rich.

I wish they'd go over honestly to the dark side.

"You lost one of the longest continually held Senat Democratic seats in U.S. history - 47 years - gone poof!"

Funny stuff.

Since I am a Democrat, I would have used "we".

But that's just me. A Democrat participating on a Democratic website....about Democrats...the party of which I am a member...

Yes they did, and it was the opposite of what you think.

9. 100% Truth
How many times have people like me tried to convey such messages to the Democratic Party, only to have it dismissed as if it was of no consequence. All evening long I've said to myself, it's time to return my voter registration card and to refrain from voting ever again. It's no use - every time that I vote Democrat, invariably I wind up voting Republican since the DP gives up so much to the Pukes.
