Here's the thing...
...and I'm not even necessarily talking about MA which was its own kettle of fish. As the Ds continue to ignore their base and move further to the center, the center moves further to the right. After all the RW noise machine is always on and will use any opportunity. The Rs have learned from Hitler's example which is that the campaign never stops. The result is that on election day, many of us have no candidate. We can support the conservative, spineless Democrats or the fascist Republicans. There is no liberal candidate because there is no liberal party. The reason for this is pretty clear too. The corporate interests with their idiot supporters have gotten so powerful and have such a complete control over the culture and information that no amount of campaigning or fund-raising can overcome that advantage. As a result we are truly stuck. Even if there were a revolution, the teabaggers would be controlling it.

If you are wonder what my solution is, I don't have one and have to admit that there might not be one.

1. Fully Understand Your Feelings... We Have Been Shoved To The Curb
and I wonder if we will be nothing more than observers now. There MUST be some kind of answer to this problem because there are too many of us who feel this way.

All I can think of right now is... Things happen for a reason, an old adage to be sure, but we need to find THAT ANSWER! Real soon!

2. Yeah, they happen for a reason...
...The reason is that the corporate culture has convinced people to vote against their own interests.
