In the Black community it is always spoken that in order for a Black person to succeed in America at any job they must be at least 5 times better in skills than the average White person I have experienced this with in my own employment. This has just been proven with the presidents first year in office by so many White people complaining about the expectation of solving problems with the economy, don't ask don't tell, bailout, the budget deficit,stimulus, green house gases,health care, unemployment so on and so on.

I've resign to the fact; with no disrespect that a large number of White people, have a comprehension problem, lack the ability for empathy and can be easily manipulated just by using there fear and hate against them. They will destroy themselves to maintain their hate and fear.

The average Black or Brown person does not let fear or hate motivate their thinking if that was the case we would not have made it this far in this society.

after all is said and done Black and Brown who have always had a very small share of the pie has learn to adapt to whatever the controlling mass throws at them and will continue to do so.

As I said this is no disrespect to White people it is just a fact in the Black community.
