Don't understand Americans - HC and Brown

If Brown was running against TK, he most likely would have lost, but he beat Coakley even though policy wise Coakley = TK.

As far a HC reform, if the Republicans introduced this exact same senate HC reform bill, no Democrats would be supporting it and Obama wouldn't sign it.

I don't understand the thinking process of most American voters and politicians.

It was Rahm pushing out everyone but their DLC stooge Coakley. Capuano would have been a far better choice.

2. Do not blame the American People for not understanding what is

in the HIR Bill. No Democrats went on TV on a regular
basis to refute the misinformation put out by the GOP.
Therefore Americans believed it to be true.

You can not hold the people to your standards. You
are activists and therefore you make it your business
to know as much as you can.

The Average American gets all their information from TV. Our party avoids this like the plague. As a resultthe Republicans read the Bill,
interpreted the bill and put out their version of what the bill
contained.

Furthermore, the way the bill was handled in the Senate
the bill never once appeared to be the result of the
Senate wanting to develop a good program for the American
people. From day one, it was Baucus trying to appease
Republicans. At some point we saw Snowe essentially
writing the Bill. Then it became a game. What can I
get for my vote or the Leadership offering big fat deals.
America really saw how the sausage is made. We saw this
and saw business as usual. Americans saw this and with
the help of the GOP it became corruption. (Never mind
Republicans do the same thing). The narrative became
the Democrats are owned by Big Pharma and Insurance Companies
and the WH became the Goldman Sachs Administration. Is
this fair? Heck No. Percepttion rules in politics.

You cannot let distortions just lie there unrefuted.
The Independents are showing us what happens. Brown
won the Ma election.

3. Except it is a Democratic Bill. They own it 100%.

The HC reform has been run entirely by Democrats. If this bill were written by Republicans, Democrats would be out in force denouncing all the problems with it. Instead they are rushing to pass it. Americans do understand this HC bill enough to know it is on balance a bad bill written in the worst (politically) possible way.
