Don't read too much into this as a political reaction. Bank earnings came out and they're baaaad. A clear-headed person could have expected it, but the market is hyped up on "green shoots" and the pretense of a "recovery".

I think the aftershock in Haiti was due to Brown, too. At least, that's what I've learned in the last week from the teevee. So, what's the nation's newest Senator done about it? Time for change!
