Bush had Delay who would go to the point of openly breaking senate rules on camera to pass Bush's agenda while Harry Reid hasn't come out yet on reconciliation after losing the much vaunted 60th vote.

It could be done before Brown gets on office, pass the HCR and get better (there are some good cost controls already in the senate bill) cost controls via reconciliation.....but that's too simple....too logical.

Listen to what Reid says (or doesn't say) in the near future, it'll tell us more about what's gonna happen in Nov. than now...
