Good news on a gloomy day: CNN: 5 year old boy just pulled from rubble in Haiti alive.

7.5 days later. His uncle found him in a void space while digging through the rubble of their home. His mother and father died, but he's alive.

WOW. That's an incredible survival story.

1. I hope he gets medical attention quick.
Unfortunately, removing them from the rubble is only half the battle.

3. He has been getting care for the last hour. Severe dehydration but they think he'll survive.

That kid is probably getting care.

Sad piece of data... before teh quake, yes before hospitals went down and all... the island had less capacity than right now... and when all those teams leave, and they will...
