Apparently fuzzy math works pretty good for Republicans. Their conquest of basic academics is complete. I knew they could oppose Science, rewrite History, and use the idiot monkey to obliterate the English language. But somehow I always thought Mathematics was immune to their Looking Glass universe.

Once again, I was wrong.

4. Posts like yours really aren't helpful at all
After all, it's a 41-seat super-majority.

Try to get it right next time.

yelling "41","41",at Brown's HQ last night I thought it had something to do with Bush 41 and had no idea why they would do that.

I feel so silly.

Oh well!

6. Gotta catapult that propaganda!
Sadly, it seems to work... the more they say it, the "truer" it gets.

7. Coakley made her reputation by headline grabbing

prosecutions of people accused of sexually molesting children - much in the same way that Janet Reno did - as well as so many
other unscrupulous prosecutors in years past.

In the famous case where she got a conviction of a baby sitter who allegedly shook a baby til it died, an appeals court expressed
its outrage and released the young woman from jail.

Karma, Coakley. Karma.

11. I don't think we can blame the whole shmere on one person.
Sure the MA Dems blew this one, but they didn't blow it in a vacuum.

Hmmm... the concept of "blow it in a vacuum" is going to be rattling through my head all day.

9. Don't forget ... not too long ago, when the Repugs were "afraid" of the
"super-majority" the Dems allegedly had (how do you have 60 Dems when you only had 58???) ...

they were pointing out that the Dems actually needed 80 votes to pass stuff ...

10. This is the point Rachel Maddow made just now about the Magic Unicorn
It's not a bad spin. Losing Massachusetts still sucks, but at least Joe Lieberman doesn't have us by the balls anymore.
