1. Oh, I couldn't agree with you more!
I'm sorry... I'm just weak with how mad I've become upon this claim at the end of Olberman tonight.

4. The beauty of this is...
That if you threw water on Congress... it wouldn't thrive at all.

This plant needs new soil.

6. What Chris also said
With the current filibuster rules, we are in a state of minority rule in the Senate.

There are eighteen more Democrats than Republicans and they can't get anything accomplished!

Why is it Bush got everything he ever wanted when there were only two more Republicans than Dems in the Senate?

7. We could chalk it up to Cheney Bush tactics in general, or be more truthful-
We've been pussy footing for a year, and we need to remove certain people named Liberman out of the Democratic Caucus, remove certain Chiefs of Staff named Rahm Emmanual out of the WH, and DARE to do something once thought imaginable- pass HC reform with public options.

Fuck be to the insurance industry and everybody only caring about their congressional job, and not American jobs.

Other than a change of filibuster rules, whilst the stranglehold of 40 members continues, what do you say to infusing a spine in the Senate Democrats, put up with the filibusters and give these mindless cocksuckers a big, "fuck-you!", as the Republicans have no points to be made, after all?

8. So why don't they work to change the rules
Oh I know, the only logical thing would be then they'd be forced to act like real Democrats. The one thing they cannot do. DEAD. The party is dead.

10. Exactly right...
The simplicity of it... maybe the sign held behind the next media event - Congress for Sale, grass roots need not apply.

11. The Federal Government is broken, meaning Washington, D.C., not just
Congress. Nothing could be more obvious than pole dancing strippers in a church.
