The best way to get the Obama Administration's attention is to cancel your subscription to Organizing For America's website. They aren't listening to us so the best way to get their attention is to stop listening to them. If they see a huge drop off in membership they'll get the idea that something is wrong and they'll stop treating us like children and telling us what THEY think we should be believing and START doing what WE think they ought to be doing.

I stood up at a DEC meeting here in Florida about 8 months ago when the OFA clown (uh I mean organizer) showed up and blessed him out because the Obama administration wasn't listening and was just trying to suck all the oxygen out of the room and out of Florida for its own benefit to pass a health care bill that didn't really meet our expectations rather than considering what the REAL needs of the party in Florida are: to regain our state legislature and governor's mansion before we get gerrymandered into oblivion in 2011.

Some people were shocked at that time but I think next Monday when I go in to the next meeting people will finally realize that I was looking six more moves into the chessboard than they were.

It's time to take our party back from the DLC and part of that is not letting OFA control what we think and do and instead demanding that THEY serve OUR vision of the party instead of the DLC vision.

Similarly: STOP giving to the DCCC, DSCC, and DNC. Cut out the middle man and give DIRECTLY to the PROGRESSIVE/LIBERAL Democratic candidate of YOUR choice. Don't stupidly hand your money over to the DLC to pick THEIR candidate for you and then complain that that candidate won't listen. Of course they won't.. they never met you and they never get to see your name on their donor report. If you give directly to the candidate they WILL.

Just DONE right now and trying to give our President half a chance, but he has dissapointed me alot this year...from DADT to ecsalating Afganistan to the foxes in the henhouse with the banks and a 'jobless recovery'... not cool, man. Either we all got snowed, or he is really as "inexperienced" as the rethugs said he was (which I think is bullshit)
