"It's Against Office Policy"

So how many of you have been turned away from specialists you need to see because it's "office policy" for them to reject folks without insurance? I don't currently have insurance and I have the ability to pay out of pocket without issue and they still won't consider seeing me. In addition, they often hit me with a wonderfully cold arrogant attitude after I inform them I am uninsured.

I don't need a GP. Guess I will end up in the emergency room when things deteriorate enough. Too bad for me I'm not currently jacked into the insurance cartel.

huh? First, do no harm. Refusing to see a patient does a hell of a lot of harm in my book. :mad:
