Actually the ruling totally sucks but may as well not let them celebrate over there in Freeperville

5. No doubt unions will be an exception.
This court is not interested in interpreting the constitution to allow labor to have any voice or power at all. We can anticipate a ruling soon that outlaws them entirely.

How come private citizens are limited in the amount they can donate to campaigns but corporations are not?

So, the richer you are the more Freedom of speech you have?
