The top two Democratic presidential contenders rebuked Republican rival Rudy Giuliani Wednesday for suggesting the United States could face another major terrorist attack if a Democrat is elected in 2008.
Illinois Sen. Barack Obama said the man who served as New York mayor's during the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks should not be making the serious threat that faces the country into "the punchline of another political attack."

She did the ABC early morning gig. That was back in the days when I was a youngin' and kept LATE hours. I think she was fresh out of college. She was always a breath of fresh air. I agree with you. Certain situations call for a bit more decorum, eh? She needs to tone it down. Sometimes a "giggle" is just plain inappropriate.

you'd think he'd have the sense to avoid the issue. Why open himself up to questions about his preparations for that day and his response?

Can't we ask him why he put the emergency command center for the city in the biggest target they had? It was already attacked for chrissakes.

Can't we ask him how the Repub admin warned him now that he said they are the best at keeping us safe? Did they warn him about the highjacking and using planes as missiles reports that they got right before hand? Did he tell security at the WTC?

What Mr. Mayor exactly happened to WTC7 that day?

Why did you not protect the rescue and recovery workers from all of the poison in the air?

What happened to the debris from the wreckage? Is it true that remains are now mixed with asphalt?

Why are the firefighters campaigning against you?

It's amazing how clueless and arrogant and isolated he is. He actually believes the hype that existed about him that year. He thinks he's untouchable.

He is so clueless that he is just regurgitating Bush talking points now and supporting all of the illegal activities (surveillance, rendition, torture). If America wanted more of the same they would not have voted for every single Democratic ticket in the country. A complete sweep lets not forget.

I say bring on this talk of 9/11 and Rudy. I cannot wait until Keith's comment.
