So the Senate Bill, as written, rewards the Big Medical Interests, and punishes the little person.

I am hoping that the House version gets passed, but it is unlikely, as the Corproations have the Big Bucks, especially as The Supreme Court just ruled that the auctioneering of our democracy is fine with them.
