HAARP will zap the upper atmosphere with a focused and steerable electromagnetic beam. It is an advanced model of an 'ionospheric heater'. (The ionosphere is the electrically- charged sphere surrounding Earth's upper atmosphere. It ranges between about 40 to 600 miles above Earth's surface.)

Put simply, the apparatus for HAARP is a reversal of a radio telescope: antennas send out signals instead of receiving. HAARP is the test run for a super-powerful radio wave beaming technology that lifts areas of the ionosphere by focusing a beam and heating those areas. Electromagnetic waves then bounce back onto Earth and penetrate everything-living and dead. HAARP publicity gives the impression that the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program is mainly an academic project with the goal of changing the ionosphere to improve communications for our own good. However, other US military documents put it more clearly: HAARP aims to learn how to "exploit the ionosphere for Department of Defense purposes".

I think Nick knows his stuff about HAARP. Naturally, he's laughed at by the (big money backed) "experts". No tin foil hat needed here.

Unfortunately Rep Nick Begich Sr was killed in a small plane crash (along with Hale Boggs who was pursuing reopening the JFK assassination) and we have been stuck with Don Young ever since!

"In 1970, Begich was elected to Alaska's at-large seat in the U.S. House of Representatives, defeating Republican banker Frank Murkowski (later a U.S. Senator and eventually Governor of Alaska). In 1972, he faced the Republican state senator Don Young.

Posthumously, Begich won the 1972 election with 56% to Don Young's 44%. However, after Begich's declared death, a special election was called which was won by Young."

Frank Murkowski never went away either and in an unbridled show of nepotism he appointed Lisa to his Senate seat, and now we are stuck with her....probably forever! Many of us actually appreciated when Sarah Palin helped kick Frank out of the governor's seat.
