This decision, in addition to everything else that has happened since the end of the war, brings us to about 85. The problem, of course, is that the more powerful the corporations get, the harder it is to challenge them until they get to a point where they are completely unassailable. Once that corner is turned, the authoritarian change comes quickly. If this isn't mitigated right now, we can say good bye to the D. party. Liberals tolerated by corporations like Rachel, Keith and Ed will be the first to go with net neutrality right behind it. At the same time, the remaining separations between church and state will be dissolved. In the end, unions will be illegal, religious tithes will be collected from your limited paycheck, estates of the not quite super-rich and many others will be confiscated, all young men will be drafted, public meetings will be banned and it will be illegal to disobey your boss. The already ineffective voices of dissent will no longer be tolerated. You can forget about sexual or reproductive freedom. The bosses need workers and soldiers. Religious "crimes" like adultery, homosexuality or abortion will be capital offenses. Not that any of us will have to endure this situation long. We won't last long in the work camps. And we can rest assured that all of this will be enforced by the U.S. military.

America will be the enemy of the world, which means those of us that survive must be the enemy of America.
