What if racists focus on indoctrinating married women who have young children?

Courts often take the view that it's in the best interests of very young children for their mothers to have custody. Also, children are themselves more easily indoctrinated with racist attitudes when they are very young. Thus, it might be effective for racists to indoctrinate married women who have young children. Once indoctrinated, those married women would initiate divorce proceedings on some pretext, and donate some part of their spousal support or child support payments to racist organizations, and the racist organizations could basically re-invest that money by using it to indoctrinate other married women who have young children.

Would anyone actually be able to implement any effective counter-measures to such a strategy? Normally, if an adult wants to interact with another adult, then the one who wants the interaction isn't able to force the interaction to occur in private where there are no witnesses. However, there are lots of adults who want to interact with children and who are empowered by the law to keep the interaction private. This is the sacrosanct realm of the family, and I suspect that families -- with government assistance -- are responsible for the transmission of racist attitudes from one generation to the next.
