For those of you that offended: bail out now---it is likely to get worse!

It may not always be apparent, but I do usually spend some thought in trying to organize my thoughts for a post. Ain't doin' that tonight. "Stream of consciousness" just seems tailor-made for the truly outrageous, putrescent and traitorous bullshit that's been going down these past several days.

I heard a commentator tonight calmly ask "if today will be the day we look back upon as the day that healthcare reform died". Jesus H. Christ! Anyone with a pulse and the IQ of a slug---which rules out most of the talking heads and many in Congress on BOTH sides of the aisle---has known that anything worthy of being called "healthcare reform" died months ago!!! I am sick unto death of these gold-plated anal sphincters who get paid outrageous sums to stand in front of a TV camera or sit behind a radio microphone and simply promote the corporate agenda while feigning concern for our nation and our people!

But, that's just a start. What has me ROYALLY PISSED tonight is much more important than the healthcare fiasco and much more dangerous to our democracy's survival: Citizen's United (may everyone remotely associated with this despicable group of greedy capitalist storm troopers rot in HELL!)

Today, in the case of Citzens United v. FEC, the SCOTUS, rendered a decision that overturned several decades of precedent, stood common sense on it's head and, in my opinion, crumbled what I thought was one of the most solid blocks in the foundation of our democracy: the dignity of individual liberty. They decided that, not only are corporations "persons", they are, in effect super-persons. They are not just equal to you and I; they are better than we are---at least they are treated better.

The maximum you and I, individual flesh and blood people, can donate to a federal candidate is $2400. The limit for corporations after today? THERE IS NO GODDAMN LIMIT FOR CORPORATE CONTRIBUTIONS TO "THEIR" CANDIDATES!!!! These pimps were bad enough when they had to "bundle" contributions and funnel "soft money" through PACS in order to buy and sell their whores! Thanks to George W.(for "Worst president ever")Bush's boys from the Heritage Foundation farm team system, they no longer have to waste valuable time and money with these smoke screens. In a five-four decision, authored by that "reasonable" conservative, Justice Kennedy, and supported by Roberts and Alito, WHOSE TRANSPARENT LIES AT THEIR CONFIRMATION WERE SUCKED DOWN BY DEMS WITH THEIR HEADS UP THEIR ASSES AND WHO WERE TOO "POLITE" TO FILIBUSTER THEM, the SCOTUS virtually insured that corporate money, contributed by obscenely wealthy US corporations, to buy wall to wall ads on corporate media will select our "leaders" from now on.

I am this upset because I really don't see any peaceful, "legal", non-violent way to reverse this. I think it's going to take blood in the streets to retake our government from the plutocrats who have succeeded in buying it. I don't want that, but I will NOT accept the "right" of EXXON and GOLDMAN-SACHS to govern me. I will break that law.

If this is not telling us exactly where the Republican party stands. . . .I do not know what ever will!

And there are people who are still accusing President Obama to be a "puppet" of the big corporations???
And there are still people who trust the Republican party???
