If a CEO shoots someone they can be tried for homicide.
But if their company poisons people do they ever get sent to prison? I don't think so. Corporations aren't human beings when it comes to murder. Look at all the people who died from smoking cigarettes while the cigarette companies continued to claim it was not dangerous. They don't get executed for it.
