according to KO. I think both were equally bad.

Fuck you John Roberts - I expected nothing less from a ReTHUG hack who whored for Bush in Florida 2000.

5. It's fugging crazy but
lots of Dems helped to create this RW court.

Elizabeth Warren on Rachel now dealing with the other big story - the bank regulations. She says Obama's reforms are very important.

7. Unfortunately- these cats don't change their stripes
and the same "Democrats" will be fighting tooth and nail against the Presidents reforms, right alonside Republicans.

Perhaps this go around they won't succeed in blurring the contrast, and tarnishing most of the Democratic party in the process.
