.....On printing presses and paper. Kick it old skool - the innernets will be the first thing killed through corporate control.

Word of mouth, posters on walls, 'Zines.

Underground for real. I can remember how to run a Dick 385.

Viva la information!!!

1. The internet is global... can't really be controlled by AMERICAN corporations....

Ironically, we'll have to depend on foreign corporations.

5. I was in the last classes at Austin Community College to actually
run those presses for a printing certificate -- actually qualified for an AA degree, short three credits because they had an Eagle they couldn't run cause it kept breaking.

And they couldn't find parts.

Great times.

16. You see, now that's en example of where you get the drafting/machining
classes to make new parts, keep it all in-house and teach those skills at the same time :D

4. It's going to be VERY hard, but we gotta do what we gotta do.
I'm getting more and more angry by the minute.

I've been browsing our founding documents to see what they had to say about internal coups.
It can't be legal, can it?

All I know is we have to do something. This will not stand.

for information the corporate media does not want us to have.

My God, the memories. I actually put out an alternate paper at my college using an old mimeo machine.

I'm with your dad. Thrift shops are some of my favorite places, btw. And besides, I've got pretty much all the basics. And enough clothes in the closet plus fabric to sew for the rest of my life. So, f 'em.

Corporations are the new pigs.

23. And how would you effect that? They serve at the pleasure of... themselves, pretty much.
The two in the most ill-health are ones we really want to keep ON the court.

Scalia is having a high old time--he may be old, but Fat Tony appears to be in robust health and having just a high old time. Roberts is relatively young, and as Chief Justice, why would he go anywhere?

We're screwed.

Then we might be able to get some quick changes to the court makeup.
