But I can't see any reason why we should quibble over labels.

As for the picture, it was taken in China (and not taken by me.) These sorts of pictures always struck me in the vein of "you can't legally dig away all the structural support from my house, so you shouldn't be able to use your property to dig away all the structural support around my rights"...at least that's how I felt until I learned today something that they didn't teach us in law school: The complete protections of the First Amendment apply to corporations, and it is "censorship" for a government to act in a manner that ensures it will have a diversity of ideas and opinions in every public (and limited public) forum.
