When he comes up for reelection. If I send in my cancelled Webb/Capital One ballot to any Capital One customer service center they'll send me a Capital One keychain and a a gift card worth $10. How could I pass that up?

3. Believe me, it's not going to be that obvious
Capital One isn't stupid. The money will go behind the scenes to an innocuously named "Citzens" group, or the garden variety "Working for America" ploy. You'll never know they were there. That's the problem.

6. Try not to limit our hard workin' representatives® to just one sponsor
The winners of elections will be expected to swap out logoed baseball caps at high speed and drink Coors® or Coke® at the victory speech (ala Nascar).
