then there should be no limit on how much I can give to my Dem candidates.
I should be able give them 300 million if I had it, and I would still be in the right.
In effect it is the same thing.
There is no difference.
A five year old would be able to see the the deliberate flaw in this ruling.

You ARE free to spend that $300M on advertising...and always have been.
Now, corporations are too.
That's all this ruling did.
